We wish to inform you that the Legislative Decree 30/06/2003 n. 196 - still in force today despite the prospects of reform dictated by the GDPR recently issued - has the purpose of protecting all of us regarding the processing of personal data by third parties and to ensure that this treatment is carried out in respect of the rights, fundamental freedoms and dignity of persons, with particular reference to confidentiality and personal identity.

Therefore, pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, we inform you that the personal data you provide will be subject - with your consent - to processing by the company Cotefa s.r.l. in the manner and for the purposes described below.
The processing of your data will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness, relevance and completeness, in the primary protection of your privacy and your rights according to the procedures set out in art. 11 D.Lgs. 196/2003, below.
The data collected at the time of registration, accurate and constantly updated, will be used only for purposes related to or instrumental to the activity of Cotefa s.r.l., and in particular: for the performance of the professional activities of Cotefa, for sending advertising and information emails, for communication of information relating to initiatives and events of Cotefa s.r.l., in accordance with legal obligations and / or provisions of the Authority.

We inform you that you also have the right to obtain: a) the updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data; b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose storage is necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible and/or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared to the right that is to be protected.
