Finally, the Scalo Milano site has completed its first phase.

"We have achieved a result that combines tradition and innovation, town and green areas, without gaps: thanks to the architectural profiles that recall the old factories in Lombardy that are in continuous contact with the surrounding park and the large farmhouse not far away. All this system in turn interacts with the town itself that can be reached, through the railway station, comfortably on foot."

Cotefa designed the entire architectural structure of the complex and supported the Owner of the project in the technical and administrative coordination of the site, both during the 6 years of authorisation process that allowed the approval of the project and during the execution of the works.

Scalo Milano was one of the most important construction sites in Italy in 2016 with 18 months of work to complete the project made up of 2,200 architectural drawings, more than 100 companies involved, and 300 employees at the beginning of the work who have become 2,500 in recent months.

Timeliness of the works and safety were two absolute priorities of the Client for a construction site that was completed on time and without any accident that could undermine the safety and efficiency of the construction.
