Conceived as the capital of design, with glimpses of the city that par excellence recalls design, Milan, CREATIVO offers retail stores, showrooms and creative spaces, high-level restaurants, bistros, cafes. The commercial premises, ranging from 300 to 700 sqm per unit, are located around avenues and squares that evoke the most important cities of Italian architecture and the extraordinary monuments of our past.

Walking under the elegant arcades of the CREATIVO will represent for the Chinese people a unique experience and the possibility to enjoy a different environment, to live a perfect city, a time-travel of a day with a historical taste.

As stated by Enzo Ragni, founder of Cotefa, for CREATIVO Design Space, "We have introduced classical elements of ‘European Western architecture’ such as the balance of mass and space, the tactile quality of the flooring, the connection between different spaces - combining them with a principle dear to Chinese culture: the building structures made by men must be in harmonious relationship with nature without abusing it."
