Cotefa's project for the complete renovation of the A. ROMA Life hotel, commissioned by Techbau, was selected by the International Magazine “ThePlan” for the final of the “The Plan Award” 2016 competition in the Hospitality category.
Techbau presented the project as follows: "We appointed an artistic director who knew how to combine modernity and the past with professionals chosen to ensure interdisciplinarity and rapidity of execution. A headquarters was created inside the building where the people involved moved for the duration of the work ensuring promptness and accuracy in the responses. Designers and executors shared the reality and needs of the site. The team quickly reached 30 people, with more than 600 executive drawings produced in 3 months. In the site there were up to 250 contemporary daily visitors".
