Estimated costs: 2,500,000 euro
Area: 1,400 sqm
Assignment: Architectural design, structural design, design of electrical-mechanical systems, site safety and works management.

This four-storey building, with a further addition at the top, has elaborate facade cladding on the three exposed sides, with a particular bright beige colour. Solid white concrete frames underline the window element and give the facades a special structure. The windows, aligned vertically and horizontally, have different dimensions, and absorb and reflect the heterogeneous character of one of the most historic and fascinating neighbourhoods of Brescia.

The structure includes eight residential units with an area ranging between 70 and 190 sqm. The highest floor includes 290 square metres of penthouse with a spacious terrace. The ground floor and first floor, as well as part of the basement (also used as parking), are used for commercial purposes.

The building complies with low energy standards. A photovoltaic system covers the whole roof, while a geothermal system supplies the building’s heating and cooling needs.
