The project, developed in collaboration with the general contractor Techbau, has nature and urban green as its main feature: the building, in fact, was created with the intention of the designer to prove how much the architecture can reduce the phenomenon of the urban heat island caused by massive uncontrolled overbuilding, overheating of asphalt surfaces, emissions from vehicles and air conditioning systems in large cities.

The urban green will be housed in particular by the articulation of the green spots of the adjacent areas, which makes it possible to leave empty spaces for balconies and flower boxes in the design of the facades and common areas, giving the impression of being in front of a dense forest.

The sculptural elements above the roof of the structure, combined with the vegetation, the large windows and the metal panels that will reflect sunlight allowing light to spread evenly towards the vegetation, will soften the contours of this amazing eco-hotel.

The building, which is part of a nature park, houses 276 rooms, including 23 suites, 2 bars, a restaurant and lounge, conference rooms, a spa, a panoramic terrace and 2 swimming pools, all overlooking a central green oasis.
